Chaque saison apporte avec elle une \u00e9nergie diff\u00e9rente qui nous affecte plus ou moins intens\u00e9ment. Gr\u00e2ce au yoga et aux enseignements de la m\u00e9decine chinoise qui englobe \u00e0 la fois les aspects physiques, psychologiques et \u00e9motionnels, nous prenons davantage conscience de ses changements dans notre corps et parvenons \u00e0 d\u00e9mystifier un peu plus ce qui se passe en nous.<\/p>

Cette compr\u00e9hension du corps \u00e0 travers les canaux de la force vitale (m\u00e9ridiens) nous offre des outils simples et pratiques \u00e0 appliquer dans notre pratique quotidienne de yoga et nous am\u00e8ne \u00e0 accorder une attention particuli\u00e8re aux organes relatifs \u00e0 la saison. Au d\u00e9but d’un atelier de Yoga des Saisons, nous prenons le temps d’apprendre quels sont les m\u00e9ridiens et les organes touch\u00e9s par la saison en cours et les \u00e9tats \u00e9motionnels qu’elle engendre. En localisant l’emplacement des m\u00e9ridiens, vous saurez facilement reconna\u00eetre les postures qui favorisent la circulation de l’\u00e9nergie \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode pour les int\u00e9grer \u00e0 votre pratique personnelle et aider \u00e0 maintenir votre vitalit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>

Ces ateliers inclut plusieurs pratiques en lien avec la saison dont :\u00a0 Pranayana (respiration), Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga et Yoga Restaurateur. Le tout se termine par une s\u00e9ance de Yoga Nidra qui apaise les \u00e9motions reli\u00e9es \u00e0 la saison et une p\u00e9riode de m\u00e9ditation.<\/p>

L’enregistrement de l’atelier est disponible pour toute la saison pour compl\u00e9ter votre pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/p>
