Le yoga dynamique (ou Hatha Yoga) est la forme la plus r\u00e9pandue<\/strong>, c’est-\u00e0-dire celle o\u00f9 l’on retrouve \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur d’une m\u00eame s\u00e9ance, des postures debout, des salutations au soleil, des postures au sol, de la m\u00e9ditation, du pranayama (respiration) et de la relaxation (yoga nidra).<\/p>

C’est une pratique compl\u00e8te<\/strong> qui vient \u00e0 la fois tonifier les muscles, assouplir le corps, am\u00e9liorer l’\u00e9quilibre, stimuler la force vitale, d\u00e9velopper la conscience du corps et apaiser le mental.<\/p>

Mon enseignement combine plusieurs styles :<\/strong> Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga<\/a>, Iyengar<\/a>, Yoga Flow et Kripalu.<\/a><\/p>

Mon approche veille \u00e0 respecter le corps et le rythme de chacun, \u00e0 adapter les postures au besoin et \u00e0 vous ramener constamment \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 travers la conscience du souffle.<\/p>

Une classe de yoga dynamique d\u00e9bute avec des respirations<\/strong> afin de se recentrer et observer son \u00e9tat physique et mental du moment. S’ensuit une s\u00e9rie de mouvements doux pour r\u00e9chauffer le corps<\/strong>, r\u00e9veiller la colonne et \u00e9tirer doucement les muscles. Nous poursuivons avec des postures debout, des salutations au soleil, des postures d’\u00e9quilibres,<\/strong> puis nous retournons au sol faire des extensions arri\u00e8res, des flexions avant, des inversons,<\/strong> pour terminer par une s\u00e9ance de relaxation guid\u00e9e<\/strong> (yoga nidra) et de m\u00e9ditation silencieuse.
L’utilisation d’accessoires<\/strong> comme des blocs<\/strong> ou des courroies<\/strong>, viennent aider \u00e0 modifier et \u00e0 ajuster les postures au besoin.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Int\u00e9ress\u00e9e depuis mon plus jeune \u00e2ge par les m\u00e9decines douces et la spiritualit\u00e9, j’ai \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la danse et la musique avant de me d\u00e9couvrir une passion pour le yoga en 2001 qui m\u2019a pouss\u00e9e \u00e0 suivre une formation de professeur avec Mado St-Cyr en 2002.<\/p>\n

J’enseigne le Yoga depuis 2003 tout en poursuivant ma recherche personnelle et en me perfectionnant en participant \u00e0 des ateliers au Qu\u00e9bec, aux \u00c9-U et en Inde. Je me suis sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en Yoga du Son avec Russill Paul<\/a> (Yoga of Sound), en Yin Yoga avec Paul Grilley<\/a> et j’ai suivi une formation en Yoga des M\u00e9ridiens.<\/p>\n

En 2005, j’ai fond\u00e9 le Studio Atma Yoga \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al o\u00f9 j’ai enseign\u00e9 jusqu’en 2015. Aujourd’hui je vis \u00e0 la campagne et j’enseigne dans mon village des Laurentides o\u00f9 j’ai ouvert en 2024 le Om Sweet Om Studio,<\/b><\/a> un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 au bien-\u00eatre ou j’offre des cours de yoga, de chant, des retraites et des concerts kirtan.  Mon approche se veut simple et pratique afin que le plus de gens possible puissent retrouver l’acc\u00e8s au bien-\u00eatre auquel ils ont droit.
